Civil Engineering - This includes, but is not limited to, overall site layout and tabulations, lot yield plans, grading/drainage/utility design, and construction cost estimates. These additions will be extremely beneficial to clients who desire these services, but prefer to use a smaller more responsive firm vs. larger design firms. These services will also allow for initial planning and cost analysis to determine the best use and feasibility for potential development projects, thus saving your clients money on the back-end.
Construction -Not for everyone, but if you want a “Type A” Engineer in charge of your project with a lot of experience building houses and renovating, let’s talk. I am an active, licensed Residential Builder. I have over 18 years of construction experience.
Corps of Engineers - I left the Corps in 2014, my last position was as the Operations Division Chief, one of the Senior Leaders for the district. I can help give you guidance and advice on a wide range of Corps of Engineers Issues.
Referrals to the best Architects/Draftsmen/Builders - I work routinely with Architects/Draftemen/Builders throughout the area. I can help to connect you to the right one for your project.
